How to Make Glue Dough

    • 1). Put on the plastic gloves before mixing the ingredients. Combine 1/4 cup of glue, 1/4 cup of white flour, and 1/4 cup of corn starch in a bowl. If the mixture is too dry, add more glue; if it is too moist, add -- in equal amounts -- more white flour and corn starch. Also add ten drops of food coloring to the mixture.

    • 2). Remove the now solidified dough from the bowl and place it onto a hard, level surface. Use the rolling pin to flatten the glue dough.

    • 3). Cut out a decorative shape in the dough using a cookie cutter. Store excess dough in a tightly sealed plastic bag to keep the dough fresh.

    • 4). Place the decorative dough shape on a cookie sheet, and place it in an oven heated to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until the dough has dried completely.
