She was worried about injustice, suicide bombings, the level of hate among relations, and the elevated level of depression in Pakistan. She seemed to be keen interested in resolving this but she do not know how. I have given her a very simple solution "Change you first." I believe that it is not possible to make a difference in others unless you show positive change in your acts and habits. She argues that by this how we control suicide bombings and national level issues. I elaborated that first we need to resolve that issues which comes under our responsibility rather than to think which is not in our own hands. It is famous saying that "A bird in a hand is better than two in a bush."
Unfortunately we forget our responsibilities and to look into own self but have desire to see positivists. I believe that the better we are, the better will be the persons around us because we observe others by the level of mind we have. If most of people seem to be bad in your eyes then you need to improve your mentality because problem is in you rather than to blame any other. Hate is an emotion as love and both are antonym. Hate starts when distribution of love is uneven between similar persons or families by their elders. Similarly, if a teacher treats two students of same level with different attitude and variable love, one of them must hate teacher. While living in the joint family system where grant parents are responsible for keeping all families intact by equal distribution of love and justice. Inability to provide this will result in the generation of hate among all families. That emotion of hate then transfers in their upcoming generations and will continue. Justice is very important to keep intact whether it is your tribe or country. In case of country, the responsibility is at head of the state and all leaders of the country. Hate among peoples of different provinces in Pakistan is because of injustice in distribution of resources by Ex-head of state.
I want everybody to produce a positive change at national level but it always starts from own self because own change is baseline and necessary for a broad change. Small positive changes together will produce a big difference. A person at every level of the life has different responsibilities, which also contribute in resolving national level problems. If you are young and engaged in an educational career, 1:- You should cast vote in the elections and vote for a right person. I have seen in Pakistan students mostly not cast their votes. 2:- You should work for your country after your education rather than to sacrifice the interest of country for your own luxuries. 3:- In spite to criticize on our country we need to think for solutions and try to do which is our responsibility.
Change never comes in a day, it needs continuous effort, sacrifice, and dedication, but later on one day obviously there will be a desirable output. We have to sort out our responsibilities on behalf of our role in the country and to fulfill it. Instead, to criticize we need to create ways to resolve the problems by own self. I believe that changing own self will change everything.
