How to Make a Paper Card Holder

    • 1). Fold a piece of craft paper in half.

    • 2). Trace the edges of a business card with a pencil onto one side of the craft paper.

    • 3). Keep the craft paper folded and cut about a half inch around the outside of the rectangular business card tracing using pinking shears. You should now have two equal rectangular-shaped pieces.

    • 4). Keep the pieces of paper lined up on top of each other and thread the needle or sewing machine.

    • 5). Sew three sides of the two pieces of paper together, keeping one short side open. Be sure to sew as close to the edge of the zig-zag cut as possible, without sewing on top of the zig-zagged part, to ensure that you have enough room in the holder to slip the cards into. Use whatever size or style stitching you prefer.

    • 6). Decorate the sides with stickers or decorative ink stamps as desired.
